LIFE COACH
TRAINING
TRAINING
Robbins-Madanes Core 100 · Strategic Intervention
A police officer's job is never to fix the problem — it is to temporarily stop it, to project safety in the immediate moment with hopes of that carrying over to the future. It is heroic, and it can be life-changing. But it is never a complete resolution.

CORE 100 CERTIFICATION
Strategic Intervention Life Coach · rmtcenter.com/core100
Completed the Robbins-Madanes Core 100 program — the official life coach training
of Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes, built on the foundations of Milton Erickson's
breakthrough psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The program trains coaches
in systematic, pattern-based interventions that create lasting behavioral change —
not surface-level advice, but deep structural shifts in how a person sees themselves
and what they believe is possible.

WHY POLICING
ISN'T ENOUGH
ISN'T ENOUGH
The gap no badge can close
Law enforcement can stop the moment. Officers can de-escalate, remove danger,
restore order — and that work is genuinely heroic. But the badge has a boundary.
The real problem — addiction, trauma, broken relationships, hopelessness —
walks back out the door with the person you just helped stabilize.
Without intervention at the level of belief and desire,
the cycle simply restarts.
THE REAL
RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION
Change that sticks
The real problem is getting a person to want to change.
Then giving them the desire to work that change into permanence.
Sometimes it starts with something simple — showing them they already
have the power to put something like that into effect.
That spark, carefully placed, becomes the snowball.
Coaching is where the officer's instinct meets the tools to actually finish the job.
Everything you need is within you now. The coach's job is simply to help the client discover the path they couldn't see on their own.
